No email address is required. The workbook contains illustrative rows that should be replaced with verified findings from your own website.

What should each audit finding contain?

FieldPurpose
FindingPlain description of the observable issue
EvidenceResponse, screenshot, crawl result or first-party data
Affected URLsSpecific pages or a named template
Impact and confidenceWhy it matters and how certain the conclusion is
Effort and ownerWho can act and the expected implementation band
Acceptance criterionThe test that proves completion

How should issues be prioritized?

Prioritize verified blockers to discovery, indexation, important-page intent and conversion paths before cosmetic warnings. Impact alone is not enough: confidence, effort, dependencies and page value change the sequence. The workbook uses simple categories so a small team can audit the decision instead of trusting a hidden score.

How does the 90-day roadmap work?

The roadmap groups accepted work into three phases: foundations, important-page improvements and measured growth work. It does not assume every issue belongs in the first sprint. Assign one owner, one due date and one acceptance test to each task. Review status weekly and move unresolved dependencies explicitly.

Common SEO report mistakes

  • Copying every crawler warning without verification.
  • Using severity labels without business or page context.
  • Omitting affected URLs and implementation ownership.
  • Calling a hypothesis a fact.
  • Marking work complete without a measurable acceptance test.
  • Mixing the blank template with a client case study.

Compare the blank workbook with the filled sample report and read the methodology.
